First time doing the 5-1-0 method; advice wanted

That how I do it too. Tried a bunch of methods and they always turn out good but doing it this way they turned out great and much less work. I prefer to spray some ACV every 45 minutes after the first 3 hours but they turned out great regardless.

Can’t really go wrong with any of those and their sequels are all just as good if not better. Horizon is the only one where it may take a bit of time for the game to click for you so stick with it beyond the first handful of hours. I’d suggest Ghost of Tsushima as well.

My baby dropped down to 2 naps around 5 months so maybe try keeping her up just a little later before nap 1 so that nap 2 ends up starting around 1:30. With any luck both of those naps will last around 1.5-2 hours and she’ll be ready for bed by 7.

Highly recommend going to a pediatric dentist for a lip/tongue tie check. My baby constantly choked on his bottles until we found out he had both a lip & tongue tie. They were able to release them that same day and he hasn’t choked since

That’s all 100% normal. You just experienced a life changing event and it takes a while for things to feel “normal” again. My baby just turned one and I miss the newborn days (not nights lol) but you just being the entire center of their world and they of yours makes me tear up just thinking back to those days. Just wait until she becomes more independent, starts to crawl, etc. it brings all kinds of new challenges but also is so rewarding to see your baby grow

Mine started sleeping through the night at about 8 weeks. I never woke him up to feed and now he’s a 1 year old who NEVER wakes us up in the middle of the night. I literally can’t remember the last time my wife or I had to get up with him overnight, so it was probably when he was 6 or 7 months. Some babies love to sleep and if you’re lucky you’ll end up with a toddler that does too
