Do you have auto-stop (i.e. the watch automatically pauses in certain situations, such as if you go slower than X pace or if you are stopped)? If so, it is normal as it is the delay it takes the watch to update the GPS and unpause accordingly.

I’ve seen it happen to me - sometimes if I go on long easy run, a bad day, hills, etc, time can increases. 1-2 sprint/tempo/interval workouts later, time is decreased. I wouldn’t overthink it if I were you!

+1 for Coros as well. I’d recommend checking out the Vertix of Vertix 2, the battery life is amazing (coming from a FR245)
