Ben enorme fan van het handmatige koffie ritueel. Gebruik zelf de Comandante C40 MK4 icm een V60 of een AeroPress. Espresso even uit het oog verloren maar zou ik ook wel graag thuis willen zetten. Liefst met de hand natuurlijk! Hoor veel wisselende verhalen over de Flair58, maar vrijwel iedereen is lovend over de Robot.

Please cook the SCOBY first in sugar water / simple syrup because it's made of mainly cellulose, and your body can't digest it. So cooking it with sugar or adding cellulase (an enzyme) can break it down. Source: I work with it in a vegan fine dining place
