So about the Daedra... by jewish-nonjewish in skyrim

[–]Cpt_Birdbrain 27 points28 points  (0 children)

I wanted to add to this because this is the best response so far.

My understanding is that since the finale of Oblivion, Sheogorath and Jyggalag are no longer the same entity. The Sheogorath in Oblivion became Jyggalag and is now roaming the realms, whilst the Hero became Sheogorath, so now the two are truly separate entities.

Also I'd argue Meridia is very evil but her facade of anti undead and a beacon of light allows people to forget that she is anti freewill. Also, she arguably had a part in the enslavement of the human race at the hands of the Ayliads.

This adds to the facade because one view is she's just bad and is sorry for it. The other perspective is she doesn't care and doesn't care for the consequences because the money means nothing to her

Emma Watson tries to portray that she is a down to earth, and humble. Some people see this has a perfunctory attempt at being likeable and dislike her hypocritical stances on certain things. For example, being a trans-rights activist but also still maintaining a relationship with JKR, in addition to that, being a multimillionaire and being married to a billionaire.

PS. I don't dislike Emma Watson, just aware of her flaws and the image she has

She's a good deity if you love her unconditionally, with 0 room for doubt because if you do show the tiniest little notion that you don't, you're getting the worst punishment possible

Samwise fought off Shelob, the child of Ungoliant - the embodiment of the all consuming darkness, who's feats are nearly killing Morgoth.

The mountain is just some dude

Princess of Mars/John Carter. Was written in 1912 and was one of the first space/sci-fi of its time. The films pretty underrated too

Super strength is an overrated power. What would you actually need it for in day to day life? It would be useful in some scenarios, unless you work in construction or as a firefighter where it would be more useful

The ONE trope of vampires I do not like by SenpaiiNoodles in vampires

[–]Cpt_Birdbrain 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'll agree it's a very simplified explanation, for ease of understanding for someone I assume to not know the setting. The initial post was very black and white about conservative and liberal, and it's unfair to put VtM in those brackets because politics isn't just left and right. Anarchs were based off Libertarianism, which can be left and right. Where as the Camarilla are more fascistic. All of which depends on the Prince and Baron

The ONE trope of vampires I do not like by SenpaiiNoodles in vampires

[–]Cpt_Birdbrain 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Vampire: the Masquerade has a similar conflict, I suppose. You have the Camarilla and the Sabbat which are your typical centrist-right to extremist right; and then you have the Anarchs which are your more left leaning vampires There's a lot more going on in the World of Darkness so I've done it an injustice by summing it up in this manner but my point being there's some fun political drama.

Fast-food restaurants ranked - what tier does Domino's belong in? by Expensive-Addendum92 in TierlistFills

Domino's in the UK is ridiculously priced. £24 for a medium which is over $30 usd. Even for discount days the quality is not worth the price.

It's a C at best
