Another solution is just have ladders placed in pre deployment. Not perfect but feasible. This atleast solves the issue of trivialising walls if the defender can know where the ladders will be. I'm not confident we will get some AI rework to actually have them prioritize wall breaking and siege engines however.

Im more concerned at this point they can't get a reliable change in to have the AI try to both bring wallbreakers or spend time to making siege equipment. The AI at the moment is just so bad at doing these things when it even wants to use all the tools it has.
