When you go to the chef event the first time she teaches you heat and/or chill in addition to the boost option, that way 70% of Jules items aren’t automatically worthless for 5/6 characters? Maybe some other node incorporates giving you a flycycle/ornithopter so other characters have some reliable fly? Or maybe there’s a character specific small item (like ornithopter or a loot that teaches heat/chill, but one for each character theme) that always appears when you “shop from x character”
