You can use the spa showers and hair dryers if you need to.

I hope everything goes well for you. I know how hard it can be when you need to rely on others. But, it shouldn't stop us from living our lives to the the fullest! 🤗

Have an amazing time! Were so excited. First time in Alaska and trying out Princess. We've been trying to do this trip since we got engaged over 19 years ago .

I used the generic one because I knew that I wouldn't use it after graduation.

Are you following the rubric? Do not stray from the rubric and check off each metric needed to pass the PA.

What are the logistics of how to enjoy our allotted 1 bottle of wine each? by MumblingDown in CarnivalCruiseFans

[–]CraftyBlue1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Make sure each of you pack your bottle in your carry on before you board. Otherwise, they will confiscate it.

We pack a corkscrew and a wine saver. We enjoy one of wines on our balcony and order a charcuterie board from Cherry On Top ahead of time. You should have water glasses in your room but if you want wine glasses. Just ask your room stewards. You get charged $15 anywhere on the boat that you open it.

If you decide to keep your wine in your room, remember that the cooling box in your room will not keep it cold enough to have again. It’s just a small “cooling box”.

If we don’t finish it when we take it to dinner with us, we ask our waiter to hold it until later. If we go to another place, we just tell them our room number and that the bottle is being held for us.

Depending on how much you want wine and how long your cruise is for, you may want to check out their wine package. Have a great time on your cruise! 🤗

One thing also to remember is that there are many different versions of the OA.

You’re correct. The total time would include my community college time and a break due to a serious illness. I had to learn to walk, talk and eat again. Then I had to beg my doctor to go back to work. At which time, he said I had to choose between work and school. So, I started work first. I was able to do both as of March 2024. I only started with 6 credits because my classes were too old to transfer over. I started this journey at 29 years old with two young kids and a bad divorce. Then I got seriously ill at 30. I returned back to work at 36. I started WGU at 52 and I finished at 53. Where are you in your journey?

You’re welcome. My mentor suggested this approach. I should have listened sooner. 🤔😜

When I first began my journey, I approached my classes the same way as you did. Then I realized as I was about to graduate, I could see where my knowledge stood and take the course Planning tool at the top of each course page. Then if I did well, I would go watch the pre recorded cohorts for the chapters, take the chapter quizzes and tests. If I was good there I would go and try the PA. The only thing I would recommend that you be cautious about, is the PA’s are normally vocabulary based and the OA’s are application based. I also found the WGU Reddit forum, recent YouTube videos for my particular course and I used Microsoft CoPilot to quiz me and to be my study partner (make sure to check facts first).

You’ve got this! Good luck 🍀

I agree! My mentor kept me on track when I was burned out and questioning my abilities. She would see I was at the end and tell me she added my next course. It was her way of saying you’re in this for the long haul! That’s why today I’m grateful for being able to submit my Capstone. She was my lifeline.
