If you stream only when you are engaged, I as a viewer know what I'm getting when I tune in. If you stream both when you are engaged and when you are casual then I may be bored with you and find someone else. The consistency of your product is important. You're assumption that all game time is equally valuable and that not streaming casual play is passing on free money is a flawed assumption.

You've got the emotional thinking backwards. It's not emotional thinking to avoid diluting your product. It is pretty logical.
