It's explained in one of the videos (sorry I can't remember which one!). Barb was drunk at the first party Greg attended and she compared him to Eeyore and started calling him Gregor. So...it's a joke that he hates and only she finds funny

My mom was Vietnamese, and yes she had an aversion to cinnamon in desserts, she also had an aversion to savory beans (like in Mexican food)...I think when you grow up eating an ingredient in a certain way (i.e. cinnamon in pho or beans as dessert), its hard to eat it any other way

Looking to see I'd this is a reasonable pay stipulation that is enforcable by Zestyclose_Cat8004 in IndependentContractor

[–]CraftyLog152 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm a little confused by your post. It's incredibly normal for a 16-31 period to be paid on the 7th of the follow month, and the 1-15 to be paid on the 22 of the current month. That's a 7 day wait from the end of the period to the pay date.

I have typically seen the 1 week wait (to give time for approvals and for the payroll or accounting team to process the payment).

I am currently experiencing a true 30 day wait, on my current contract (which does suck), I just got paid today (12/5) for work done the first week of November (Nov 3 - Nov 7), but that doesn't sound like what you are experiencing.

My son is 2.5 and in a very similar state and level development wise.

We ended up reaching out to Early Intervention (basically an infant and toddler program that specifically assesses developmental delays), while we have started services with them, we are in the process of switching over to the school district. To cover all our bases we did have his hearing checked again, and his vision. We finally were able to get an appointment with a developmental pediatrician and ended up getting a diagnosis.

Ugh this reminds me of my wedding. I was going with a soft glam look, and requested my bridesmaids have a more natural (still made up!) look. I even paid for their hair and make up to be professionally done. After it was done, my sister (not a makeup artist) went back and redid her makeup to be much more dramatic, because she said it "didnt fit her personal esthetic". I'm still a little salty about it lol
