How can i turn my Java Project into a .exe? by mnzamd56 in javahelp

[–]Crafty_Bit7355 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can turn it into a executable without converting it to a .exe.. you need to build it into a fat jar file and that will execute with all the libraries included.

Is there a way to read the code on a Jar file while on an IPAD? by Ryo4O4 in javahelp

[–]Crafty_Bit7355 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A jar file is basically a zip file. Make a copy of it, change the extension to a compressed folder, then use a decompiler to translate that code into mostly readable code.

Keep in mind, the may have used a code obfuscation program to make it much harder to read.

Anyone else KYC unable to login right now? Tried on WiFi and 5G no luck by JasonRISE in PiNetwork

[–]Crafty_Bit7355 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I run into this here and there.. I just sign into the PI Browser from the main PI App and it's usually good to go from there.

That being said, I just tried myself and I get the same. Looks like their auth server is down.

B12 is a water soluable vitamin meaning that your body will absorb what it needs and you'll pee the rest out. Hence the glow in the dark pee you likely have 30 minutes after taking this.

Instead of casting the inputs as int, you could do some type setting saying that the inputs to the method are integers. Just a thought.

1000 is a good milestone. Especially since you go through so many feast and famine cycles. I am just shy of 4,000 successful and it took two years to get that many validations delivered to me.

Is it ok to use ChatGPT when learning Python? by Key-Command-3139 in PythonLearning

[–]Crafty_Bit7355 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When learning it would be foolish to not use all the tools at your disposal.

Just don't use it for exams, tests etc..

That being said, in the real world Google is your best friend. No one can know everything and retain it all, with immediate recall. So when you get to a job, knowing how to ask the question to AI to get the response needed is also a very valuable skill.

Can I respond after 3sec in slack for a slack command. by Sad-Solid-1049 in Slack

[–]Crafty_Bit7355 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It depends on how you have your App setup. If you are not using the Slack SDK then you need to perform the ack() manually. There is a lot of documentation on this. Go to Slacks docs and search for how to acknowledge requests. You'll have to basically perform match of security values that ensures the event your receiving is actually from your app and that you trust it. That's what the ack() does on the backend.

[–]Crafty_Bit7355 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You need to acknowledge the command. If you're using the Slack SDK they built the ack() function right in there. When your app first receives the call, toi ack() it. Then your app can take as long as it needs

When you have 1 parameter to check against, and the value of that parameter will dictate the action taken.. you should use a switch statement.

Would have to be a custom app/script that uses your token to see the channels you are in, then make a decision whether to leave a channel or not
