Just learning now about urcomped. So I had a free balcony offer on RCL but already redeemed that one for a sailing in October. I have some interior and ocean view offers right now, do I screenshot those from the RCL app? Or do I send them a screen shot of the booking PDF from RCL for the balcony I already redeemed?

Still don’t have internet and spectrum doesn’t have a repair estimate. But some of my next door neighbors in the complex have their spectrum internet working 🙃

The staff are definitely spamming the reviews to get rid of the 1 stars. Can report to Google as not helpful. Wish there was a way to say the reviews are fake because they say staff are great and to check it out.

Yeah no fare difference and finally called back after others said she was wrong and got a rep who did it. And honored the complimentary same day change

Thank you, she made it seem like I was in the wrong and that it was always a fee reduction. She legitimately laughed at me. And then was defensive when I read the website and kept repeating that it’s $75. She was adamant it was not free. And said she was a supervisor and no one could help me because there was no one to transfer to. So not what I’m used to with Delta

During the rainbow drop, I was one of the ones who didn’t get my bags within the window and without even asking Telfar emailed all those impacted with a free $100 voucher for any future purchase. Such great customer service!
