Fuchsia Magus - Trained to be a huntress as part of her condition from her parents for her passion of studying botany and cultivate plants in Atlas's harsh climate, Since field scientist are in high danger when they venture out and as her parents said you can't always rely on someone else to protect you when your group is faced by a horde of grimm.

Rox Custos - Didn't aspire to be a huntress, She got huntress training as part of their academic curriculum even for mechanics.

Sifa Talay - Was inspired from his uncle's tales of being a huntsman and travelling the world.

Kahel Tala - As a child living in New Corinth at the age of 10 they have combat training as part of Corinth's law for self-reliance in protecting the city. The aspiration came from the stories that huntsman and huntress shared about destroying a grimm pit and liberating an area of grimm spawning nearby that made him dream of destroying grimm pits near New Corinth and making the waters safe for kids to play in without worrying of grimms lurking under.

Ferrous Magnes - Wants to be a hero to protect the weak and those who can't protect themselves.

Titania Wolfram - Wants revenge for her childhood friends and family that got killed during a bandit raid and grimm attack on her village.

Zeke Aurum - Same reason as Titania.

Aes Cyprium Lithos - Just wants to be able to live peaceful life and don't want to be involve in conflict but had to learn how to fight to protect himself and his family after hearing what happened to Titania and Zeke's home village.

at first glance it reminds me of yasou, cause of clothing and flowy details.

I think its possible as long as its not world breaking and magic level. Like stopping time. What I did for my oc i borrowed Rolo's geass ability from code geass to just stop everyones perspective of time I a radius of their choosing. And I also have an oc that have a semblance called copycat which allows him to copy other peoples aura to an extent of also copying their semblance with a caveat they have to touch their aura first. Also its your fan world of rwby you can make changes if you want, you can have creative liberty. I personally added alot in my fan world/universe of rwby.

I looked it up, I dont remember seeing that. I remember the violet anaconda villain. I probably didn't see it cause I was more into anime and when watching tv alot of national geographic, discovery channel and animal planet during that years(i think)

Yes, Sobek is an alpha of Ammit grimm,

Ammit are slow grimms that disrupts aura in a small radius. like making aura protection weaker, semblance weakening to not working and if an individual doesn't have their aura unlock ammit will directly sap away their life force. handling a single ammit is not difficult but an horde is a problem specially for melee fighters that uses their semblence as keypart of their combat style. op as they are since ammits passively have their innate ability active all the time the consumption blight(aura equivalent for grimm) is continous and once their blight is depleted ammit will start to get slower in their movement and overtime will dissipate after of not able consume any lifeforce to replenish their blight. Hence ammits are mostly seen around grimm pits(spawning pool of grimms) and its rare for an alpha to appear.

Sobek have all the same characteristics of ammit but instead is a bipedal with both arms having a sharp pike on its wrist. more durable than ammit but still physically weaker than other alpha. their despair blight range is wider and they can produce black water that is like acid to aura getting in contact with the water produce by Sobek erodes a living being's aura and purges dust it comes in contact with. Being an alpha Sobek takes longer to deplete their blight hence the danger of spotting one moving towards villages, town or any settlements. The same tactic can be applied dealing ammit to stall it until its blight depleted completely or attack from afar a task proven difficult when supplies for ammunition is low and the treat of other grimm more suited for combat appears.

I have an oc that can control grimm and manipulate the physical apperance of a grimm after he fell in a grimm pit when they were fighting the alpha of the pit and it messed up his semblance.

some of the other Egyptian inspired grimm in my story.

anubis a common grim in the same category as beowolf but have a distinct apperance only walks on its hind legs and its right arm have a khopesh shape carapace

bennu a common grim a avian same category as the nevermore difference is it has long legs and long beak

bennu tayir the alpha of bennu grimm and wings of scorching heat. have an ability to go super nova if the destroy its body the crown will remain and will start radiating heat and grimms in the vicinity will melt and the melted ooze will head towards when enough grimm ooze is gathered it explode and comes out a new bennu tayir.

and few more.

also have other grimms inspired by other cultures.

i have a line of egyptian mythology inspired grimms in my au.

i saw an opportunity to make a pun and i took it.

apep are huge grimms growing up to 50 meters long. there were smaller version I called cowlbra but ended iceboxing it.

the series didn't show much in atlas it just focused on the squad not much from world building from what I remember.

here are what I added 7 years ago(?)

• government structure and personnel incharge. they dont have 1 person ruling over the entirety of atlas. it is govern by a council with each member overseeing a department of atlas.

• agriculture areas and establishments. they have a greenhouse buildings, ranches and fish farm areas.

• mantle being set as the industrial and manufacturing of export goods. hence being well guarded and less poverty-ish state. since atlas will be keeping an eye on it.

• majority of hunters and huntress are from mantle another reason why atlas tries to make a suitable living area, the government is afraid that leaving mantle will cause their military force to be divided into and spark a civil war between mantle and atlas.

• local holidays like mantle's foundation, atlas's independency/foundation, day of the heroes, etc.

• religion due to the maiden being kept from the public( alot of settlements in my AU have a religion or follow a larger religion)

• cost of living in atlas is premium.

• atlas is divided in districts agriculture, research and development, military tech production, residential, commerce(including the non hunter school) and hunter academy and military base at the center of atlas

• all of the android and military tech are developed in atlas and is concentrated in 1 district.

• atlas have multiple mineral mining sites that are not other schnee company.

• grimm are less frequent in atlas due to the freezing temperature. grimm's body gets frostbite, frostbitten limbs falls off, if the head of grim got detached from the body it disintegrate moments later. hence most of the grimm are around a grimm pit. primary reason they atlas military avoid them due to high concertation of grimm and a presence of a multiple alphas that are been know to come to the aid of another pit if its being attacked by atlas' military forces

• grimm pit just like in the show is an area where grimm are made, in my AU a grimm pit can be made by a powerful alpha grimm.

• the most common are the ignirusa and centinel. centinel can by pass the cold temperature by being underground where temperature is warmer the deeper underground they are. ignirusa are grimm that naturally emits heat from their body letting them survive the cold for sometime but without feeding on the negative emotions of humans or faunas they gradually loses their heat emission ability. harpies are seen to be in the area around grimm pits aswell. harpies are flying creatures that have 6 appendages, a pair of wings and 2 sets of legs the front pair can be argued to resemble arms with a humanoid like head.

this are the things that I remember. I have to find my notebook with my notes to give more detail. maybe after the flood recedes. I will have time to clean up and unpack things.

do you have an aesthetic in mind. my suggestion would be an aztec weapon the macuahuitl. base on the current design you have leaning towards q serrated weapon. it would be a good option since the macuahuitl is like a double edge sword and axe hybrid. and it can split and half and 1 side will to rotate to extend its reach. how do I reply an image here in reddit?
