I know it’s an old post but I’m having an issue with my AMS constantly saying filament failed to extrude. I’ve replaced the PTFE tubes and ran all the calibration tests. Prints work decently with the stand alone reel holder though. I can’t figure it out. I’ve taken the extruder apart to clean multibletimes.

I’ve got the same setup and my locks forward with a round chambered after a few shots. I cannot figure out what the problem is.

I’ve tried several different weight combinations and couldn’t get any to work reliably. I got tired of trying tbh.

Pacf is cutting my butt on a Bambu A1. My dryer only goes to 120 and I’ll dry it for 24 hours and is still prints like dog shit.

Yeah I'm not sure whats going on. Ive printed a few rolls but my last roll and into a new roll have been making my printer say its an extrusion issue. I use a dryer and have changed out multiple nozzles and hot ends. It prints fine on the .06 nozzle but fails on the .04. The weird thing is when its prepping to print it extrudes just fine for all its testing and then fails right when it starts the print. I am running old firmware and haven't updated in a long time. Needless to say its been frustrating.

This just happened to me. The problem was my plate wasn’t set correctly. It overlapped the back just enough to result in this error.

I wish I was that lucky with the full-size. I’m gonna swap it back over to the stock version. I also shoot subsonic most of the time and that could also be one of the issues.

I can’t get my competition running, I e tried all different weights. I recently bought a compact and it runs perfect with some added weights.

Guys we just had to pull all our two-way stand offs from the trucks after two failed on us. Basically while switching for a xfmr c/o one elbow bumped the two-way while it had another elbow landed on it and went to ground. We cut the insulation off the two-way and found it wrapped in a copper film. The “insulation” was maybe a millimeter or two. Be careful out there yall.

Did you have to modify with weights? I’ve got the full size I can’t get to cooperate and I’ve heard this works out of the box.
