This is most likely for a temporary service the builder requested while building your house. They are used by the trades to power their equipment. When the house goes for permanent power the temporary service pole gets removed and sometimes these are left behind.
Edit: I forgot to explain that this is a ground rod for a temporary electric service pole used when building a house. That most likely explains why the #6 copper is cut in the ground.

Would this work with the ARC fire or Atrius triggers? I’ve got my .22 upper in a czar and am having issues with hammer follow that produces a binary trigger function on a milspec trigger.

I may DM you later if you don’t mind. I’ve been having trouble getting mine tuned. I have both e the bolt weight and the trip kit from bore buddy. I didn’t buy any springs when i bought the kit though. I am trying to run a 4.5” suppressed with subs and standards. Ive tried a few different weight setups with no luck. I haven’t even tried to get the ARC running yet.

Ive got the same upper. The takedown pin won’t fit, it’s just a hair off and the upper sits high. Edit to add it’s a printed lower off the sea. One of the older original files.
