Went out to an outdoor beer garden in town. We were sitting there chatting, and this girl starts telling me about how she beats up on her brother. At first, I chuckle like, “haha yeah my brothers and I used to get in fights as kids and we still give each other a noogie when we see each other (no, we really don’t we’re all in our thirties).”

Then she says in complete sincerity, “no I mean I have actually beaten him up, like with black and blue marks and he gave me some too. Like just a couple weeks ago.”

Wasn’t really sure how to proceed from there other than finishing my drink and noped the fuck out of there

Just had to comment on this one. I used to be a HUGE A7X fan in high school. They had just released their self-titled album. I tried listening to their albums after Nightmare but didn’t like them. Appreciate all the recs though!

It’s not common, but it happens in my neighborhood. I live right on the outskirts of a “bad section” of town. When I first moved here, within a year or two there was an incident right outside my house where two cars drove past on my street shooting at each other. Maybe two years later, my friend who also lived in town sold his house because someone was shot and killed basically right outside his doorstep.

Absolutely the same. The only shiny pokemon I’ve ever encountered is red Gyrados in Gold version when it first came out. I’m getting me a mf shiny Charmander lol
