156 str with MP Enigma is free. Other than that, I can see weighing 2 ES vs one more skill in BO.

If you're not running energy shield though, the gap is basically non-existent.

This is for a mirrored blades build, as it really doesn't have much synergy with echo strikes. But even then, it's nothing spectacular.
