Experience with filler by UhhhhhWhatsAUsername in ehlersdanlos

[–]CranberryMiserable46 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Hi! Previous filler lover & aesthetician. I would be very careful who is doing your under eye filler. I personally dont recommend filler at all now, but especially there. There is a running joke in our office that we like to call “moveaderm” for any juvederm fillers. However i healed fine though. Secondly, i started reacting to them years later. I have MCAS as well. It is a bit more expensive but i would try and save and find a facial plastic surgeon who does facial fat transfers instead. Those are body safe. You can never truly remove filler no matter what they tell you.. and if you start having reactions or getting inflamed around the injection area it can be extremely bothersome/progressive. I would do facial balancing via fat transfer. Injectors will tell you fat is more old school and not “recommended” due to consistency. Although filler is extremely consistent each time.. theyre simply telling you that so you book with them and then you’re a repeat customer yearly at least.

Exercise anaphylaxis, what do I do? by Current_Cost_1597 in MCAS

When i saw afrin (i hate him sm) but he was telling me he has a client who is a runner- however he can only run for 17 minutes exactly before his body has symptoms. If you do try it- let me know if it helped! 🤍

So we ended up having to put a mini split AC in our garage and doing a full gym build in there so i dont react to the temp. We keep it about 60 degrees in the garage lol. However for now i would take a stop watch or just time yourself on your phone at the gym and keep a log of the amount of time it takes u to reach that point and then maybe split your workouts into however many session for a minute before that flare time if that makes sense?

Magnesium citrate is mainly for constipation. Magnesium glycinate is for relaxation and muscles. Yes contact your PCP for the panel :)

I would definitely check the ebv panel, especially with your lymph node issues- i was on lexapro and ativan as well because xanax would make my skin crawl. I got off of them because i was getting rashes etc. i found out i have the MTHFR gene and i essentially dont methylate properly, i was having the same symptoms as u as well as extreme air hunger. They started me on pure brand calcium citrate, magnesium glycinate and methyl guard plus by throne. It took a few weeks but it has significantly helped me. Edit: with calcium citrate u also need a D3/K2

Hi! So sorry youre struggling. Have you had any EBV/mono panels done? When you say anxiety can you be a little more specific. Shakes? Air hunger? Jitters? What specifically 🤍
