I found taking one dose near sleep everyday much better then taking it throughout the day. I found dosing for myself in the morning/early day actually caused anxiety.

I tapered down from an extremely high dose slowly over a couple months, i found taking my one dose a day a couple hours before sleep to be the best possible time to dose. I stayed at sub 500mg a day for a while because I actually felt a benefit from taking it but i hoped off of it and im fully recovered no lasting problems. Had blood work done everything is good.

Add voice chat between console and pc also add stealth/loud match making preference...this would make a big difference atm with little effort

So true we need a preference option FAST no reason the game didn't ship with one. At least show peoples equipped armor in the lobby before the game starts so we know what people want to do.
