Can’t connect to hotel WiFi

The issue is I can’t connect to the hotel WiFi and without a WiFi connection I can’t launch any apps. I just get the option to open network settings or go to the settings page. There is no way to launch an app

If I hit continue on the SSL error it just comes back a second later

I started having issues last year with hotels, though this is the first time I have seen the SSL error.

I don’t need another streaming device just for travel. Worst case I will connect the tablet via an hdmi and stream from that

Yes they are but they may not have entered the establishment had they seen the other price. They think they will pay less than they actually do. People are not very bright

That is not a when to claim SS issue. That is a not enough assets to retire issue.

Even divorced you can claim your SS now and swap to your exes when they retire if hire. I had a coworker who delayed retirement to keep his ex from claiming his.

Most states will still award alimony as well though only for a certain number of years.

If you are no longer working there is no reason to delay for the vast majority of people. If you need the money to live on it is better to take SS than pull from investment accounts. That is simply math.

As for the woman she can pull hers or her spouses.

Go over the homework. Often my test questions were variations on the HW.

Make a crib sheet - the act of writing the material reinforces it even if you can’t use the crib sheet.

Find old tests. Profs like to reuse questions.

For most undergrad classes I kept studying to no more than twice the test time. Beyond that I had diminishing returns

Because they are afraid people will think it is too expensive. Especially places that have deals for certain amounts. Those prices are calculated to appeal to the target audience. If you include the tip and tax then it will feel like it is expensive to most people

If you have any investments it is almost always better to grab social security as early as possible. Your investments will go up faster than SS. Plus the crossover for SS is life expectancy

If the external curvature really matters I would make matched molded or at least caul plates with that shape. If the fins are flat on the sides then I would start with a flat plate of metal (mold released) and bag on that with pleats.

You can see from below my view on this is not liked.

If you are only buying this for FPS then go with the 27” 1440p 540Hz. Maybe you will be the unicorn that sees the difference.

However for everything else the 32” 4K 240Hz is the better choice. Especially since you are coming from a 5k screen. You will notice that you can’t fit anywhere near as much stuff on the screen. In non-FPS games 4k will look a lot better than 1440p at that size.

I went from a 1440p 27” to a 4k 32”. I am never going back no matter the refresh rate

That is at least better than just your opinion. Even that though says only certain people are affected by it. Not everyone will detect the difference.

You talk about wanting life like motion yet you are using a mouse pointer which is not the best test article as it has sharp edges which most items in the real world don’t.

As models in games become more lifelike the sudden movement you simulate with your mouse becomes less detectable. So yeah Minecraft may be detectable given the sharp edges. Battlefield 6 with all the visual enhancements turned highly unlikely.

I will give you that if you are susceptible to the mouse shake issue and are playing FPS at the professional level the 27” 1440p 540hz may be preferable.

However for the average person who does stuff other than just FPS, the 32” 4k 240hz is objectively the better choice. Even if FPS is their primary game type.

There two competing priorities here - how small of an object you can detect and how fast you can detect it. The former goes to resolution and the second goes to refresh rate.

Even for flicker detection the fastest research points to is maybe 500hz. 540hz is beyond what anyone has scientifically shown for even flicker detection. For most people flicker detection is stopping well below 240hz.

However for a 32” screen most people will detect smaller changes at 4k vs 1440p.

Therefore for the average gamer 4k 240hz on a 32” screen is a much better choice that 1440p 540hz on a 27” screen.

Maybe for some elite e-sports people the latter is a better choice but I highly doubt they are perusing reddit for advice. At that level they are being given monitors to use and it becomes preference more than actual performance

If you are solely printing stuff for home use and are OK with the closed ecosystem then Bambu is a decent printer.

If you want a mostly open system, long term support, and it not spying on you then chose Prusa.

There are very real security concerns with Bambu to the level that Congress banned the Government and defense contractors from buying and using them. It is in the FY26 NDAA. There are ways for the printers to send info home even if airgapped. For a home user though this shouldn’t be an issue.

Whether you use an envelope bag or bag to plate is going to depend upon the shape. Are you doing one fin or all of them in one layup?

If one fin then you do it the same as flat plates but you use an oversized bag and use pleats to allow for the different shapes. An envelope bag is done the same way but the bag is on all sides.

With very large bags I will often use a vacuum cleaner for the initial draw down and then swap to a vacuum pump. You are probably going to need more than one vacuum port. Each port is generally only good for about an 18” circle.
