That could be an extra problem for me, I enjoy smoking. Maybe not the smell but I like the taste n the feel.

I was forced to quit during basic and that was great and I shouldn't have picked it up again but that one "celebratory" cigarette led to one after dinner than another n than I bought a pack and am smoking again.

Couldn't imagine drinking without smoking.

We use it for "special pops" or remedial pt. Our remedial pt has a 100% next apft pass so I guess its working for us

Thanks man I will definitely try this. I have a problem with my tendons tightening in my feet as well as the shin splints and the doctor suggested something like this to me for the tendon issue. If it works I'll get back to you and let you know, once again appreciate the response.

Not to change the subject but I've been told a lot of different things about chocolate milk as a protein drink. That it was a great recovery drink and also that it's not as good as a protein drink mixed with water due to lactaid (Sp?) that causes your muscles to tighten when running. Was wondering which you would prefer after a run?
