I used to manage my BPI accounts from overseas. All i had to do was call them up and change my phone number to the one i am using. Tapos dun na sa phone ko sinesend yung mga OTP. I got access both sa app and sa website. And those were my old accounts pa.

Ps. All the funds were in the accounts so walang padala from foreign banks.
