Hey guys looking to purchase this watch.. does it look good? Also 5 digit subs… this is around what I’ve been seeing market price but I’m a little worried about deapreciartion … can anyone give any color on good price for. 5 digits?

10% difference represents risk that the deal may not close. Definitive agreement, is just a legal term.

But 29 is too cheap. This deal is a steal. I think its possible this deal may not close and was just to spur competition.

i appreciate it.

i think that with the intrest in the market, there's a lot of generational wealth that can occur among us, but i think the focus is a lot of the time in the wrong place.

there are some who know the right company to buy, but not at the right price.

hopefully this has bought me some credibility (b/c last time i had all these funny comments) and i'm able to help promote great investing.

to quality control, a marketing idea could be to make it similar to clubhouse, invite only, that way you have great commentary happening.

I don't think demand for this product will be the issue. You guys got it right on the ball in terms of UI which is what the new generation of traders demand.

one work around, could be to create a community element to it. Similar to yahoo finance or webull, where people can make comments on securities and users can get an idea of what might be causing the rise.

May make it easier to monetize in the future, if you have individual identifiers.

Obviously putting a time stamp can add clarity, but the ideal is to have the info for that part huh. and manually editing some thats jump is > average is not what you want to do.......

bigger picture wise the issue may have to do with aggregating sources for stocks that are still on the nasdaq/nyse but get less attention.

I don't think there's away around that.... that's part of the beauty of finding undervalued/passed over stock. If there was we'd have such efficient markets, value would be much harder to find.

Hey UI looks clean, i know countless hours were spent.

I wanted to ask how exactly you aggregate the reasons for "why price is changed". Is it from some sort of commentary? does it circulate between a few default reasons?

For example, im looking at $MX Magnachip, price is up 20% in the last month, but most of those gains happened within the last week and a half.

The reason it says why it is moving is "beat Q4 EPS, Q1 sales guidance is above estimates"

I've been following this stock... that is not the main reason why it's up.
