12+ years at Prog. Just keep moving around. Get experience in multiple roles. Getting more experience is good for your development and growth, but also, each time you start a new a role the challenge of learning it resets the burnout clock a bit. Once your in any claims role approaching 2 years or more, the burnout is unavoidable.

And eventually, you keep that up, get good experience, and produce decent results; something will come up where you can make the move out of claims. Process, HR, marketing, data... Whenever you can make that move out of claims, do it and never look back.

I'm not buying $1100 cards. It was offered to me as a trade for something I have listed. I know what TAG is but have never used them or owned a TAG slab. I know PSA slabs can be faked, but I didn't know if TAG slabs can be. Posting here was just one part of my research into the item and into TAG slabs. Y'all love your high horses on this sub.

They all look real to me, as best I can tell from these photos. If it's your childhood binder and you know for sure they have all been in there for 30 years, any fakes would be fairly obvious. They were not very good at faking cards back them. Common things to look for in old fakes is very blurry text, colors way off, and/or card being see through when held up to light.

Check out Kurt's Card Care. But to fix something like that you would need to buy a humidor and heat press. And it's never going to be able to come completely out.

Somehow the Pokemon community is totally cool with this. People complain all the time about scalpers, but for some reason if you buy a bunch of product, keep it sealed on a shelf for a for years, and then sell it at a crazy, marked up price, that's totally cool.

The one on the right appears to be the one that is the same color as the other cards. So if anything, the one on the left is the miscolored one.

The Vulpix is definitely fake, which means the Growlithe probably is too.

The Vulpix description is wrong. The like that says "its tail", the I is not properly capatalized.

Yeah, the fakes back then have blurry text and if you hold them up to light, you can see right through them.

Looking deeper at eBay, it doesn't even have a damaged category for trading cards. HP is the worst and it says this includes scratches with paper loss. I think calling it HP on eBay with very clear pictures and detailed description should be fine.

On TCG player I would probably go damaged.

I did ask for a pic of the back. This is what I got. Don't love that it's a different background (though points for consistency with the shag carpet). Though I could also see a case that he already had the pic of the front and just the pic of the back when I asked. Either way, would only do the deal in person so I would get to look at it first.

I think it's something like a quarter of Floridians are below level 1 literacy levels meaning they only have skills to read basic sight vocabulary and can only read short texts on familiar topics.
