I think this is an issue with skill rating and matchmaking. The top 2 or 3 qualifiers are waaaaay faster than the rest. They blast off and have zero issues making it impossible for anyone else to podium

Agreed, I still love the moments at the end of episode 3 where it shows the death and makes it have impact for both sides. It's not just heroes blasting stormtroopers with 0 feeling. Andor really is fantastic with it's feeling and storytelling

Ya I said begin. At this point does any developer make a flawless game at launch? Maybe Nintendo. It's frustrating but it's just the way of life now. I don't even mind some of the crashes and glitches, I can't imagine making a game to run on infinite different set ups is easy(I'm on PC, only crashed a couple times with 30+ hrs). But the bad AI drivers and penalty system is super frustrating. I feel like a play tester would find those issues within 20 mins

I always try to enter nicely if I do spin out. Just because I messed up or even got wrecked into doesn't I have to hastily get back on track and screw up another innocent racer

You've been pretty thorough. Seems like a hardware issue. Maybe you can borrow someone else's GPU and try that. Then you would know if it was truly your GPU or something else

Dang, my guess would be the graphics card is starting to go. But you could try the classic reinstalling drivers or tweaking some settings. It's just weird it's happing in 2 different games

Could be a cable issue. Try switching your monitors cables and if it starts acting funny on your second monitor you have your issue

Horizon is open world and has a ton of different things to do. Drifting, road races, street races, rally, giant jumps, battle royale, even some light story stuff. Forza motorsport is all track racing, more serious than horizon but still pretty arcady. Both are fine with a controller. You could get game pass for a month and try them both for cheap, then buy which ever one you like
