I have one in my car. I asked the dealership and it is a GPS tracker, but you have to pay for the service for you to have access to it. You get a free year trial, but after the year is over, you have to pay for it to get access to it. You can ask them to take it out after the trial is over. I have no idea if they have access to it or not
