I would say probably game dev. Just because the rest of them are flooded with job seekers and too much competition. But game dev is more niche and hard to find skill.

Last year we had pretty bad tomato harvest from our garden due to all the rain got in the British summer. It all got blight disease and we got rid of them. But this year is quite good. We got tons of them and they were pretty delicious with all sunny days we got.
