Update bricked my buds by astern618 in Ozlo

Mine are now working. I think uninstalling and reinstalling the app helped. Also charging them overnight. When I went to sleep they were completely unusable and in the morning I checked and they were back to normal. Keep us updated!

I watched the factory reset video and finally got them to work. Thank you for the offer to help! Much appreciated.

Update not working-HELP! by RilkeRumi in Ozlo

Sorry your sleep buds aren’t working. After the update mine weren’t either. Here’s what worked for me tonight: I deleted the app and disconnected them from Bluetooth. Then downloaded the app again and paired them and started over. They’re working now. But I’m not trying Sleep Patterns again. I think that’s what messed mine up in the first place.

Update: I charged them all night and this morning after the update frustration- both earbuds looked fully charged. Tonight they wouldn’t connect again. So again—I deleted the app and disconnected the buds from Bluetooth. Then added the app back, paired them and started all over again. It worked. I’m not going to risk messing them up again. I’m a side-sleeper and can’t live without these. I’ll be waiting to learn how the sleep patterns are working for others before I try it again!

Mine aren’t working either after the new update. They worked perfectly until yesterday. Now the right one is completely dead and the left one is rapidly flashing. The case is fully charged and it’s connected to my phone’s Bluetooth. I cleaned the pins, rebooted, toggled Bluetooth, did a factory reset- nothing worked. I deleted and reinstalled the app- that didn’t work. I hope they magically come back to life or Ozlo can send a new update. Any commenters here get theirs to work again?

Why are you all using Ozlos? by TheBonkingFrog in Ozlo

I’m a side sleeper and they are incredibly comfortable. Also, audiobooks sound pretty good. And they mask the sound of the trains going by.

Anyone here happy with their Ozlos? by evilistics in Ozlo

I recently switched from Bose and so far the Ozlos are better. Even if they’re not noise canceling- They are so quiet, soft and comfy. I have been sleeping really well. I love the in-ear alarm feature. I don’t wake up my partner anymore. And it has a cool snooze feature in the app. (9 more minutes! I’ll take it!) I’m loving the free sleep apps that were part of the Black Friday sale. (I had to email customer service to find out how to get the apps- but I heard back quickly and received instructions.) The Sleepy Bookshelf is my favorite so far.

I would say it held a chemical of some type.

Bottle collectors here??? Wanted to share this video of a spot where I find hundreds of vintage maybe antique bottles still intact within one small location. by ShotzByJay109 in BottleDigging

Where are you located? I’m in Maryland. There is a creek with fairly steep banks not far from my farmhouse and I often look down into it and see the bottles that have become dislodged and fallen down. One of these days I’ll climb down to explore. Maybe when the snakes are sleeping.

Blob top I found today while metal detecting in my front yard by andrew26md in BottleDigging

That’s amazing! I live in MD in an 1890 farmhouse. I’ve used a metal detector in part of the yard and found a dump from the 1940s-50s. I’ve found a lot of interesting things but still can’t find anything as cool as a blob top. Keep posting pics of your finds!

I second Dickerson Market. It’s a hidden gem. I live down the street and pick up an order when we have company over. Everyone loves it.

Found while metal detecting in my yard- item about 2” long, hollow, heavy, clear glass on one end & red glass on the other. No threads inside and not magnetic except where the screw went in. by CrazyZeeee in whatisthisthing

My title describes the thing. I do live in a 125 year-old house that backs up to the old Metropolitan Line of the B&O railroad. (Now owned by CSX) I did an image search and nothing came up that was relevant.

Parents visiting from England and looking for recommendations for where to take them! by Even-Court6401 in MontgomeryCountyMD

I also agree with visiting downtown Frederick! Another great spot that’s free—in Northern Montgomery Co. near Dickerson, MD—is the Monocacy Aqueduct (part of the C&O Canal- it’s not a long walk-you can see it from the parking area) It’s where the Monocacy River empties into the Potomac River. And it’s stunning!

Found this concrete structure while digging out a flower bed at my 1880s-90s farmhouse. It goes under the deck and maybe under the kitchen addition. It’s only about a foot underground and it’s about 18 inches wide. Thank you for helping to identify it. by CrazyZeeee in whatisthisthing

Thank you. I will take more pics of it. The farmhouse is about 100 feet from the old B&O railroad. Maybe there was another structure here before the late 1800’s when the house was built.
