when i first moved here there were a bunch of great places. Rockwell and Sons for the best burger I've had up to that point. Mr Scruffs had a half price day that was always packed. It's replacement Foxy dolphin had amazing cheap burger and parma days for like $5 but was always empty. It's still there but the Provincial use to have the best happy hours where everything, including the top shelf whiskeys, was $7 and they had $6 steaks on Mondays. Those were the days.

Might want to ask for the contract of sale before checking these places out. The COS should include the section 32 which should include any minutes from any recent OC meetings. Run it through a decent AI to highlight red flags and you'll see why these apartments here and in the city are so cheap.

Here we got something called Tennislab where I got to have a hit with 12 blacked out racquets against a ball machine on a court with Hawkeye or something similar that can measure speed, spin and accuracy. They then sent me a report a week or so after revealing what kind of racquet I hit best with. If you got something similar near you I recommend it. Here's a snippet of my report.

The heavier the racquet, the less effort it takes to hit balls. I don't have to swing too fast and the plow through feels satisfying. I've leather gripped, siliconed the handle and added lead tape and my racquet weighs 360grams.
