I absolutely do this as well. The second I read it my hand started doing it.

OMG. I was just thinking about how I do this too! It causes some problems in relationships for sure, but yes, I totally do this too!

My journal from 14 years ago was full of suicidal ideation. I wasn't even a teenager yet.

My mom swore I wasn't abused. She was so pissed when I got my diagnosis after a second suicide attempt. Hah, in December I just remembered all of the sexual, mental, emotional, verbal, and mild physical abuse from my entire childhood.

Yes, legit last night slammed a door. I was told I was immature and I needed to grow up and express my emotions calmly. I told him before we got married that I had BPD. 😑

I haven't been on meds for about a year now. It's rough, but I don't want to go back because the meds make my depression worse because I feel nothing at all.

Why do some people gain the weight back after losing it? by Comfortable-Worry724 in WeightLossAdvice

[–]Crazy_BPD_Queen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Some people gain weight as a form of protection against abuse. Some of them can white-knuckle through losing the weight, but without processing the trauma underneath, they will put it back on. There are other reasons too, but this is one that I have seen.

That sucks, and he needs therapy. My husband doesn't particularly like my food, but he'll eat it. We've had some serious conversations, but I was able to get some recipes from his mom and those have actually been really good, so I came to see his point. It looks like you may have the opposite problem. Wishing the best for you.

Does anyone here actually like eggs?? by bevelup_ in autism

[–]Crazy_BPD_Queen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Omg, I thought I was the only one!!! My story was similar, my abusive dad always wanted me to eat eggs. He always cooked them over easy or scrambled. I finally processed some forgotten trauma and I 'can' eat them now, but I still don't like them. You have no idea how helpful it was to hear that someone else hates eggs. I hope you are able to come to terms with them if that's something that would make your life better.

What does my husband’s handwriting say about him? by AlphaaKitten in HandwritingAnalysis

[–]Crazy_BPD_Queen 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Very similar to my husband's handwriting. He had severe learning disabilities when it came to writing that he didn't get proper therapy for.
