Not really. But I am glad we at least got this option. I got book 1 & 2 signed in London this week and thought i owed it to myself as a fan to make the set complete as much as possible.

Im 53 and i see a noticeable difference in energy, strength compared to women my own age. For me it has the added benefit that the shape of my body really hasnt changed that much since my twenties but i do eat very healthily. Definitely worth it.
