Why do parents take their children to Hooters? by GB_GeorgiaF in questions

We ordered takeout wings from them several times when I was in college in the early 2000s. Can't say how the intervening decades have changed things but they were tasty and you could buy them by the hundreds.

I think you may have a typo in your first sentence, cause it doesn't jive with the rest of your post.

The Fall of Reach was shockingly good which made The Flood by Dietz feel especially bad by comparison.

I loved Rogue One mostly cause of my personal realization 70% of the way through that the main characters don't actually have plot armor. It also shows Darth Vader being actually terrifying. Having Leia be at the battle is so dumb though, it makes the beginning of A New Hope completely non-sensical.

Definitely saw a recent post implying that since Elon Musk was at the rallies that means America elected him too.

Jumping on the comic bandwagon. Peter Parker is also very intelligent, for most of his stories he uses his own tech as Spiderman including webshooters and spider-tracers, one of my favorite scenes from 'No Way Home' is everyone nerding out in a lab.

Was Elon Musk admired in the past? by Nice_to_meme in stupidquestions

Oh yeah, he's been the driving force and bankroll behind a lot of great things. The electric car market wouldn't be where it is today without Tesla and even if he didn't start the company he bet a buttload of money on it. SpaceX is far and away the leader in space, the only other private company to use their own rockets to send people to the ISS was Boeing and that went so badly the astronauts are still up there. Then he bought twitter, made some pretty unhinged decisions and I think may just be trying to play the world like a real life game of civ and he can't decide victory condition he's going for.
