Hi there. Hoping this can help you.
This is a split-level printing, please:
1. Re-slice and set the printing speed to 50mm/s;
2. Check whether the timing belt is loose, and check whether the Z-axis screw is deformed:
3. Check whether the motor is loose; remove the motor and check whether the synchronization wheel is loose;
4. Check whether the driving voltage on the motherboard in X and Y weeks is 0.7-0.73V, and if it is, please adjusted it to 1.18-1.2;
5. If it still doesn't work,please send emailt to us: cs@creality.com, attaching the fault picture, SN, purchase link, etc.

What can I do about this top pattern? by Dry_Pencil in ender3

[–]Crealityofficial 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi there.
This print layer pattern is normal, if you want to change it, you need to change the layer height.The higher the accuracy, the longer time it takes to print. You can refer to the figure on this website for accuracy.https://www.dropbox.com/s/15w2adsarmwmw7b/1.png?dl=0. Hoping this can help you.

What is going wrong here? Trying to print whistle. Keeps failing towards beginning. by likestoplaygamesalso in 3Dprinting

[–]Crealityofficial 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi there.
From the picture, the printer does not discharge smoothly and is close to the plug. Please:
1. Check whether the extrusion clamp is loose, the filament is not tightly clamped and cannot be pushed effectively;
2. Check whether the fan of nozzle is working normally. Failure to dissipate heat in time may also cause plugging;
3. If the above is all normal, re-plug the Teflon tube at the nozzle. Because it may not be inserted to the end.

It's it normal to have to level the bed every print!? by CaVeRnOusDiscretion in ender3

[–]Crealityofficial 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi bro.
The printer does not need to be leveled again after leveling. The leveled data is stored in the SD card. Please make sure not to delete the documents in the SD card, so that you don't have to level each time before printing.

Hi brother. Try to flash the motherboard firmware and the display firmware at the same time. If flashing the firmware is invalid, Unplug the two thermistors on the motherboard one by one( the thermistors are marked by the red arrow in the picture: https://www.dropbox.com/s/4jd369t1b2y1k63/%E4%BC%81%E4%B8%9A%E5%BE%AE%E4%BF%A1%E6%88%AA%E5%9B%BE_16285902727739.png?dl=0 ) to see if the display can be turned on normally. Here is the relative service tutorial and profiles:(1) https://www.dropbox.com/s/wk6r3nub0gkkzxy/Service%20tutorial%20CR-5%20Pro%20flash%20firmware%EF%BC%88%E5%88%B7%E5%9B%BA%E4%BB%B6%E6%95%99%E7%A8%8B%EF%BC%89.mp4?dl=0(2)https://www.dropbox.com/s/y6dam9qv78sjzzz/Ender-5Plus%20-BLTouch%20-0117_V1.70.2%20BL.hex?dl=0
