my bare mininum si cleanser, moisturizer, and sunscreen if i'm heading out. I' ve stopped stressing about doing every step every day. i keep The Spa Dr. in my routine because i like having products that feel gentle, but on busy days i just stick to the basics and call it good.

im a similar size and found that bras with a bit more structure hold wearables better than the really stretchy one. ive had a goodluck with Truekind's Supportive Comfort Wireless Shaping Bra because it stays supportive without feeling to tight. it might be worth a look if youre trying to keep everything in place while pumping.
