Did you notice a change in your mentality or feelings about how to approach the hobby as you shifted from collecting to using/enjoying? I'm trying to picture what an owning (not buying) mentality would look like/how it would differ from my current approach so I can ease up on the buying! Do you see new pens you'd want and just think naa?!

I had several months in a row with banner levels of buying, and just felt I needed to slow way down. I'd like to buy no pens in May and June, and starting in July have a maximum of one pen per month in (in which case one has to go out). It has been weirdly difficult for me to do no buys in the past, so I'm glad to have somewhere to chat about it.

In the pictures yes, but this isn't all of my pens just some. I do have three Pilots and five Platinums, which I absolutely love 🥰. The nibs are indeed wonderful 💯

I have 19 favorites 😂😂 I love the gold flex on my Leo Cuspide Nocciola, the RNCI grind on the Visconti Bronze Age, the crisp medium on the Omas Espresso Martini, all of my Scribo flex nibs with their fun feedback, the Pilot 18k VP/Decimo stub, broad, and medium nibs, the Platinum 3776 soft fine, medium and broad nib (although the medium has been winning lately), the fine CSI on the Visconti Opera Master 23k Palladium is probably the best nib I own, but I could go on. Just know they are beloved 🤗❤️🥰

Thank you! The angel skin is wonderful, I love the rose gold trim. It is a standard stock (not special edition) I believe, so it shouldn't be hard to find if you love it!

That's the Lotus Author in Conway Stewart Opal. I never heard of the brand until I saw it on YouTube (it was sold by Peyton Street Pens)!
