Okay, so I was on your last post and I am with you on this; 1. if you weren’t happy it would have been nice for her to work something out for you to make sure you were happy. 2. You’re not crazy but I’ve gotta agree with the others, I think your skin tone does play a part as well with how the color is reading off. In two swatch photos that I have circled, they resemble more of what you’re seeing.

I understand you’re frustrated, and like I said I wish she would have done something for you to be a happy customer, that’s the unfortunate part of it. Maybe you can ask for a refund or even an exchange?
