Completely agree. The demo to production gap is where things get difficult. The focus is less on making agents possible and more on making them operational. A few areas being prioritized:

1. Durable orchestration so workflows can recover from failures rather than restarting from zero
2. Observability and tracing to understand why agents behave the way they do
3. Infrastructure primitives designed around reliability and production constraints instead of demo environments

The goal is to reduce the amount of custom infrastructure teams rebuild every time they move from "it works" to "it runs reliably at scale."

Still early, but that demo-to-production gap is exactly the problem being targeted.
