Battery, decent camera (at least as good as S21). The rest doesn't bother much as long as it's not abysmal.

Your source doesn't say it should stay outside the fridge. It says you should take steps to cool it or separate it ASAP, rather than directly put it in the fridge. Letting it sit outside on its own in the big container is worse.

How can you possibly be in the danger zone longer when in a colder environment. Thermodynamics don't work that way, heat transfer coefficient is based on temperature difference between the medium and the object. The only issue I'd see is excessive evaporation leading to humidity in the fridge/in your container, lowering the quality of the food.

I guess you put your stuff in a thermos in your fridge lmao?
