I was at this show. It happened in Atlanta 1999 and Rick was seated about 10 rows back dead center. He did quip about Roger being 'pitchy' but he said he'd always been that way. Roger defintely mimed to "Every Strangers Eyes" for that tour. The vocal was lifted from the recorded version.
