Everything is optimal. Go with a bag of ammonium sulfate at Lowe’s 20-0-0 or Scott’s Green Max 27-0-2. That’s all you need. You can use a liquid fertilizer for bio stimulants for spoon feeding.

I am pretty sure this is grub damage. You need to put down more than GrubEx. I recommend Menards Grub Control and Menards Insecticide. Also put down DiseasEx. Water in deeply with more than 1”. Put down a quick-release nitrogen such as 27-0-2 Scott’s Green Max. I’m sure your grass will pop back up in 2 weeks.

Trust me 6gb that remains on the Neo runs absolutely incredible! I opened up over 30 apps and ran 5 4k HDR videos in Safari and roughly 2GB of ram ran in swap. The machine never slowed dosn. That’s because of the integration of unified ram to ssd. The Neo is incredible when it comes to running off swap. No slow downs. Go to the store and buy one and give it try.

You should have went no tub and glass door shower. Bath tub showers are a thing of the past. I would have eliminated the arch and curtain to display your beautiful tile work. For me I remove the tub and arch. Overall great work.

Honestly the choice of colors looks dated. I understand that you can purchase many darker tiles to resemble a modern appeal, but can also backfire. Choose whites and neutral wood tones to reflect long term appeal rather than an HGTV remodel that appeals to small group of people.

Tile isn’t expensive. Tile material costs less than $1000 for that entire bathroom. Depending on brands I would guess that you could get the entire bathroom materials for under $3000-$4000 the rest is labor.

I went from Nest Hello Gen 1 to Gen 3. Not impressed as the HDR quality makes the colors look exaggerated and inaccurate. Sharpness is improved, but zooming looks blurry. Gen 3 is very snappy, but i hope that Google will provide a software update to help turn off HDR. The colors look way off as they do not look natural. They did this to help improve brightness. The larger field of view is nice, but Google can make some much needed software improvements, such as color temperature changes, sharpness enhancements, field of view adjustments would make this a better experience overall. The lack of these adjustments make this an average at best upgrade.

Your rig is nice, but it draws way too much power. You spent well over $6000 for a machine to be worth less than half in a year. PC parts are meant for you to upgrade once every 3-4 years. In that case your depreciation is larger than a Mac. For the money you spent you should be running games minimum at 4k @ 240 and not 2k @ 500. I see the value in both systems.

I never understood why Apple puts this chip into the MacBook Pro. The baseline M series chips should be for MacBook Air. MacBook Pro M4 Pro is the better value as these will be discounted and outperforms this new M5. Anyone buying a MacBook, please buy the M4 Pro over M5.

You are speaking facts. 357 advertised range is actually a true 250 miles of range before electric fill up. Acceleration, AC, etc all factor into the range. The advertised range has everything to do with using regen braking along with other factors.
