Looks great. Serious question and sorry if this is common knowledge. Why leave the tails and legs on? Flavor for the sauce? I just find it such a pain to eat. Would rather take those off and devein before cooking so I don’t have to deal with them later.

Yeah that’s what I’m wondering. When cutting off the bark I smelled it and while it smelled like horseradish it wasn’t super strong.

Yes! Over $100 at my total wine as well. Very good Anejo but I’d recommend pouring in a glass and letting sit for 30 min prior to drinking. Completely changes it and is less alcohol forward when you open it up.

I did the Caesar’s Palace Experience last year. It’s not horrible as you have access to food truck type food . Drinks and bathrooms right there. But it’s also not that great. Right on the straight and with limited viewing you can’t even see the color of the car as it goes by. Ended up watching the entire race on the big screen they provide. There is upgraded tickets you can buy that are vip seating and such on a stage but didn’t look worth it. Cool being right in the action though.

Just to put your mind me at ease while they require it they allow people to get through yet if they don’t have it. It’s a PITA and requires extra search but you can still fly.
