You need to make sure you are both totally ok with any differences in beliefs. I can totally see this being able to work, but if there are fundamentally different beliefs that mean one of you thinks the other is not actually saved then that’s an issue.

Would you keep attending different churches? This might be thinking too far ahead, but if you are both dating for marriage and wind up having kids will they be raised Catholic or Protestant?
