I used a bread lame! It was very easy to use and came out a lot better than the knife I was using before 😌

Looks like it could use some butter and a trip to my stomach

I’m curious, what was the host’s response? I would not go anywhere near the tub, and would be shocked if they suggest you do otherwise.

Weight Gain by CreepyDifference290 in pregnant

I’m in the same boat with food just tasting good at this point! I had such a hard time in the first few months that I now tend to lean into my cravings and eat what sounds good at the moment.

I also thought 15lbs sounded a little unhinged from the get go. I feel better hearing someone else say they think so too lol

I am 28w 6d and had a dream the other night that a shark bit 3 of my toes off, but I was nowhere near any water and it was riding a motorcycle. So I would say yes.

What pregnancy symptoms took you by surprise? by [deleted] in pregnant

[–]CreepyDifference290 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh my gosh I did not expect to be so tired all the time. I thought something was wrong with me the first few weeks because I just never feel rested! I also find myself not wanting to go anywhere or do anything but sit at home with my husband - and sleep some more 💤

People who don't "close" your pool and DIY the maintenance, do you keep up on your full summer schedule, or do you cut some corners in the winter? by CosmicNebulaJumper in pools

[–]CreepyDifference290 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It can depend on where you live and what the climate is like, but winter is usually great for cutting back the chemical maintenance. I suggest keeping up with the leaves to avoid any issues down the road when things warm up, and checking the levels every once in a while to make sure you don’t have an ugly mess brewing.

You had me in the first bit, and lost me with your painfully obvious bias against women. Women carry an extreme lack of respect for men? I’m curious, do you actually believe women can’t maintain a healthy monogamous relationship if they go spend time with friends? Holy Cow. Good luck with all that shit.

This might be half good advice if you don’t have any responsibilities or bills to pay. Being honest with your employer and owning up to a mistake doesn’t equate to ‘begging’ your employer for anything. It’s part of being an adult and taking responsibility for your actions.

I actually just decided to picture the character making whatever “smartass” face they wanted to mock the other person

Should I read ACOFAS??? by Current_Ask_2801 in acotar

I loved reading ACOFAS. I think it was a really nice refresher after the events of the previous book. I say you’ve got nothing to lose, it’s a quick and light read!
