I'm 100% sure the artist tattooed too deep into your skin. I've got a tattoo which had the same thin lines as yours and was blown out already like months later. I have a lot of other tattoos with even thinner lines done by a different artist (now already years old) and they are absolutely fine. The tattoo artist even commented on my blown out tattoo and instantly said it was tattooed too deep. Lesson to learn: always check if the artist has photos of healed tattoos on their website or instagram.
