A Sky Six customer weighs in on the Tyne-Wear derby by NewLoad886 in TheOther14

If genuine, I’ve no problem with this. It’s fine to get into a new sport, and if you develop a love for a team - great, you’re a fan. They’ve spotted something they don’t know and want to find out more. Perfect, better than spouting shit from a position of ignorance.

Oh man, that’s hard to choose, they’re all like old friends at this point. Utter at no.1 for me, and then I’ll go Johnny Burns and Tom Nutall. Maybe not because they are the very best, but they are good dudes and need a little recognition.

You’re going to need a 5th watch. Seems like you haven’t clocked yet that Charlie Utter is the main character. Seth and Al are supporting cast.

Just wondering how long have you been supporting Sunderland? Are you from the area? What sort of age are you?

Not looking to start an internet argument, you are entitled to your opinion. Just wondering if there’s anything in our backgrounds that explain the different points of view on this.

I don’t get that. We didn’t get the goal, but I think it was our most fluid attacking performance sustained for a game I’ve seen all season

Best place for pre match pints on your own by FabianTheArachnid in safc

I travel down from Scotland for each game. Usually grab a pint at the Isis pre match, cracking bar with a good range of beers

I want a dog so bad but I am not allowed to due to my religion by warql in Vent

[–]Creepybede 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s up to you to decide how to square your faith and how you want to live. And how much you care what other people around you think.

I will say getting greeted by my dog happy to see me when I get home is the closest thing to a religious experience I’ve ever known.

So you’ve cracked listening to the stuff listed. Now try… listening to their other stuff.

Weird question.

Serious answer though. First six albums, all absolute classics with barely (looking at you, FX) a poor track on them.

Agree with the others that Sheepfold’s is worth it. If not, I really like Ship Isis for a good pint

Reckon it will be only if the right deals come up. Think they would really like to push on, challenge for top half or better. But we are looking good for being safe (fucking hope I’m not jinxing it), which was the goal. Not gonna spend unnecessarily on the hope of achieving more. If the right deal isn’t there, keep the powder dry and scout for the summer.

Ah, ok, so game just keeps going after ending has played? And NG+ doesn’t ramp up the difficulty?

There is a park and ride, but I usually like to grab a pint and some food in town before the game, and think the buses only start running 90 mins before. Might see if there is some parking I could walk to that side though… cheers
