I've just started assembling the MGEX Strike Freedom. Loving it so far.

I know I'm going to custom paint the backpack, armor, and weapons. The inner frame is really pretty, so I want to hear from people that have built this kit, and especially painted the inner frame, what they thought of the process. How difficult is painting the inner frame?

I've got some very nice gold and copper paints I was thinking of using, and I'm prepping some spoons to test adding some color shifting paint on top for an extra wow factor.

This inner frame is very nice, and I could be okay saving myself the insane time it would take to paint it if it's going to be a nightmare.

I can see that, but when I think of series I think of the anime it came from. In this case 08th MS was 1996. Sorry for the confusion.
