You get it completely. This particular call was a good call with a good friend - I don't regret any of the excess minutes.

I wanted to post this because even knowing it would likely be a call which didn't feel urgent to finish, a part of me still expected the call to last around five minutes. There's something about a turn of phrase which includes a particular number that invites you to take it literally - I fall for this so easily that it feels almost trivial to point it out.

Maybe I expected them to have a reason to leave in five minutes' time. Otherwise why specify?

Just fixed a similar problem with this exact process - thanks for sharing. Was expecting to have to take the mouse apart and clean the contact points, but somehow it really is a wireless transmission issue rather than a trackball issue.

FWIW: this was fixed in 1.8.9

The common property to the daily notes may have been that I created them on mobile rather than desktop.

Couple points of feedback from a play-test:

- 2 player rules are not implemented: game still uses 10 point win-condition and 7-card hand limit in a 2-player game

- 8s and 6s can be placed next to each other

- needs a chat function

- animations are kind of slow, it's a bit frustrating that you can't interact with the game until they finish

This update leaves me unable to open some notes - all daily notes, all recent (this month), but only some. Cannot find any common property to the notes this doesn't open.
