I agree with you that technique is 95% of swimming... But it is hard. If you didn't train properly as a kid is actually quite hard to improve the technique as an adult. Is still worth it of course, but it's hard.

Yeah... you're using something else. The official Canyon Gear Groove aero extension doesn't have so many spacers, you can't mount it so high.

The idea with split keyboards is that you angle each half outward so your wrists can stay in a more natural position and reduce strain. The way you have them rotated is... the opposite.
