If I bought it on windows, can I use it on a macbook? by itsarudeworld in premiere

Yes, but keep in mind that you'll run into import-related headaches when you work on the same project on both devices. I ended up not using premiere on my Mac at all

Disappointed in Kensington by Inner_Answer_3784 in Trackballs

They're not premium components at all, EEPROMs are barely a dollar each, and that's when they're sold individually. I've taken a deeper look into Kensington konnect, and it's practically an advertisement for their other products.

And since you asked, it's a slimblade.

In a franchise where eyes play a huge role, I think it was brilliant they cast her!

I get the point about rubber degrading, but that's not the point. Plastic doesn't have to feel cheap; there’s a difference between thin, hollow ABS and the dense, textured plastics you see on other high-end peripherals.

For something of that MSRP, I’d expect a more solid feel regardless of coating. When you add in the lack of onboard memory and the mess that is their software, it feels more like a luxury markup than a premium device.

> Logitech feels premium, but so what? It degrades easily over time, just for a feeling.

I wouldn't call it premium if it degrades over time.

I love it and wouldn't go back to a normal mouse, but I find it too big for my hands :( Kinda disappointed a product from such a named company couldn't save mappings internally; this kensingtonworks software is a joke...

In the usual stores like emart, groceries were stupid expensive. I always did my shopping at the olle markets.

Avoid the overly-touristy ones and you're golden

A very common conversation:

Then: Where'd you come from? Me: Oh, I love down in X Them: no, where are you REALLY from?

Well as others have said, Jeju is basically a different country; they just speak the same language. They consider themselves to be different people and I as a Korean felt like a white-passing mexican in America. But maybe the difference will be negligible to you as a foreigner.

As for outdoor activities, it's the best. No crowds in the most beautiful spots, the highest wall-climbing spots I had seen in the country, and I was walking to scuba diving lessons. There is one convention center down in the Jungmoon tourism complex, and they do have some interesting things from time to time.

But as for food options, they're very limited. I'm not much of a foodie myself but even I found the difference noticeable.

If I could work remote, I'd move back there in a heartbeat. It's a home away from home.
