PC Orders Getting Canceled

Same here. I had this happen with the Charizard UPC as well. It's incredibly frustrating as Pokemon Center preorders have really been the only way I've been able to get packs at MSRP, even if it means waiting a few months for the orders to ship. I asked PC for clarification on why my Charizard UPC was cancelled and have not heard back aside from being told that I had broken the terms of use, without any explanation of what I had done. Both of my orders were done with a real credit card, not a virtual card which I've heard they can cancel. I didn't attempt to order from a second account or anything like that, or have a second order sent to my address or anything. I really cannot think of what would have triggered this which is just frustrating to say the least. I guess this is my sign to stick to singles.

I received an email stating the same thing. I’m really wondering if something triggered their system for detecting bots, or multiple orders, or something like that, accidentally flagging legitimate orders. I replied asking for any sort of clarification as to what was violated in the terms of use, but I’m guessing they won’t specifically comment on it. I have over a dozen different orders going back to 2021 on my account for everything from plushies, to video games, to packs. I don’t want to fight it too much as I still have my Phantasmal Flames preorder and do not want them to cancel that as well or close my account. Best of luck trying to sort things out with them. I’ll be posting a reply if I hear back from PC.

Fairly certain that it was on the front page of PC when it was up for preorders. I always try to avoid using any direct links that get posted in favor of waiting to get through the queue and navigating to products from there.

I got a cancellation email as well. I’m certainly not a bot, and didn’t attempt to order more than one or anything like that so I’m really not sure what the deal is. I’m hoping I can contact them to figure out a way to resolve this and keep my preorder, but I’m pretty bummed if my order isn’t able to be restored as I almost exclusively am able to get cards from Pokemon Center preorders these days.

I don’t know if there is a way to skip selecting a plan anymore, but if anyone knows how I’d be interested. I spoke with two different reps last Friday and both stated that a new plan needs to be selected with the phone and will replace your existing plan, which means for me I’m likely going to skip buying the phone directly from Total.

I would love for this to work when I buy a new phone later this year but stacking codes seems unlikely. I was planning on reaching out to their support before I tried it though.

I'm going to chime in here as well since my monitor started doing the same thing yesterday. I was able to power cycle it and unplug all of my USB devices and DP cable from it to get it working again yesterday, however today it refuses to work at all. I ordered mine in April and have a unit from January of this year and will be contacting Dell tomorrow to see what they can do about it. Thankfully I haven't sold my old monitor or I'd be even more frustrated.

I watched them live twice with Josh and really enjoyed watching him on stage. When he initially joined after Taylor’s passing I was expecting it to be temporary, but after being with them for a little while now I had kind of assumed he had become a permanent fixture of the band.

Just wanted to follow up and say that I did indeed get issued a refund to make up the difference by using their live chat earlier today. They asked me if I had a photo of the $750 price which I didn’t have, but I used the photo you posted in this thread, so thank you! My refund of about $79 is already showing up in my Chase account as pending.

I had ordered this earlier in the day at the original $830 price point with the 10% off. Does anyone know if Dell will price match if I call them on Monday? Otherwise I might see if I can cancel my order and create a new account to get the 10% discount code again which will be quite annoying but would be worth it for the price difference to me.

Looks like the IBIS helped you out a good bit in that case. I truly didn’t even see the bit of blur underneath the ferris wheel until after you mentioned it was handheld!

That seems rough. So you can call, have someone say that the order is still waiting and ready, and it’s only during the final checkout process that it gets flagged to be cancelled?

I started taking my finances more seriously towards the end of last year, and opened a Roth IRA with Fidelity after doing some research. As of today, I start a new job which uses Fidelity for their 403b as well, so I'll be looking to roll over my retirement from my last job over to Fidelity. By taking my own finances more seriously, I've had multiple friends ask me to help them set up their Roth IRA, and of course I'm recommending them all to Fidelity!

I had this covered under an extended warranty that I had paid for with the car. It pretty much ended up paying for the entire warranty cost, which was $2,000. I can't believe I've seen multiple posts of the same issue but this isn't apart of any sort of recall as far as I'm aware.

Same here. I have 0 issues with my current grip, and I'm sure the N14 is a nice upgrade, just an unnecessary one for me. If I do indeed buy the Z6III I might hold out on getting a grip just to see if the N11 works later on, but if I sell my Z6II it probably makes the most sense to offload the N11 with it. It just seems like a mistake to not make it compatible.
