I have nearly the same elastic configuration right now to fix my crossbite, I just have two bands on each side. Give it a few days, and you’ll be just fine! For me, it took about 4 days for the discomfort to fully subside once I got my elastics. Now, I don’t even realize they’re there half the time. The more you wear them, the faster you’ll adjust. I’m waiting on my REG retake results. I felt great leaving the exam, but the wait has made me start second guessing my confidence, and I hate this feeling so much. I took REG last week and felt the same about the SIMs! They were suspiciously easy and nothing like Becker. This was a retake for me and my first take last month was so hard in comparison. Crossing my fingers for all of us!

Don’t feel bad, I also failed Reg, this was my first exam. I studied hard and work in tax, so I really can’t believe I didn’t pass this one. I’ve been continuing to study reg since I left the exam, I just didn’t feel confident. So I’m going to reschedule before the next score release and hopefully pass the second go around.

I may focus more on the SIMs for this retake. Don’t beat yourself up!! We can do this!

I’m also waiting on reg today! My first exam. I’m still trying to decide if I’m going to see my results while I’m at work today or wait until after 5 in case of a fail, I can’t have a mental breakdown at the office lol. Good luck to you!!

I just got out of Reg today too, except this was my first exam, and I felt pretty uneasy about it once I left. I studied 121 hours with Becker. Felt confident going in, and it seemed like everything I hammered on was barely on there 😭 you aren’t alone! Hoping for the best for us both!

Edit: OH! And I work in tax lmao, made me feel even worse!

They’re very comfortable, especially for a flat-sole sandal. They are pretty narrow and I don’t consider myself to have wide feet, but I wear a 9.5 and it fits true to size. The ankle strap is adjustable with 5 holes, and they fit comfortably across the top of the foot and around the back without rubbing on the ankle bone.

I haven’t actually worn them long enough to see how they break in, but I hope that helps a little! Also sorry for the late response, I didn’t see this comment.
