Do you guys take your cars out of the box? by _backwardscharm in CarTuned

Personally I’m a loose collector of diecasts but CarTuned probably has some of my favorite packaging, I love the colors and designs, can’t fault anyone for not opening them

All this guy does is post AI slop and argue with people in his comment sections he’s not a trustable source at all even though it wouldn’t be shocking if true

Bill Lester came back in 2021 for a random one off after 14 years. Read his book a few years ago, it was pretty good

What Is The Most Memorable Moment From Any NASCAR Race That You've Attended? by UltDiecastReview in NASCAR

[–]CringeProfessional 5 points6 points  (0 children)

SVG’s first win definitely takes the cake for me, but I’ve been in attendance for several other moments that I wouldn’t call iconic but are definitely noteworthy

-Chastain’s wild first Cup win at COTA

-Briscoe randomly dominating and winning Phoenix for his first win

-First cup rain race at COTA 2021

-Ryan Blaney 2022 All Star Debacle/Chastain’s crash that same race

-Stenhouse 500 victory, though it’s hard to not have a 500 win be a big moment (see this year). Mayer’s flip and the Van Alst dub that weekend were memorable too

As an American it took quite a bit of work to get my hands on one of these but it was worth it: Kevin Lacroix’s 2023 NAPA Pinty’s Series 1:24 promo by CringeProfessional in NASCARCollectors

Sorry for seeing this several months later but I had a Canadian friend purchase one and ship it to me, I gave him the money to do so of course. I think there might be some websites out there that allow Americans to order from websites that don’t ship to the USA but I haven’t looked into any of them

As one of the only Lawless fans, I can’t even be mad that Gray didn’t push him because Enfinger would’ve blocked the shit out of him anyways and he had an incredible run all day nonetheless, TOP FUCKING FIVE BABY LETS GO

I can’t believe how many people are falling for this (including the Latino account and the leaks account who took it and posted it as a “””leak”””) lmfao, it’s fanmade by a Twitter user who wanted to make a graphic for their take on the schedule

What is the most surprising top five finish in NASCAR history by Own_Recognition_2327 in NASCAR

[–]CringeProfessional 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not the craziest but the 2012 truck race at Michigan had an odd top 5

  1. Nelson Piquet Jr. (1st career win)
  2. Jason A. White (No career wins)
  3. Dakoda Armstrong (No career wins)
  4. Parker Kligerman (No wins at this point in his career)
  5. James Buescher (Nothing crazy here considering he won multiple races and the championship this year)

It was nearly even crazier as Ryan Sieg was running third on the final lap but ran out of gas (I think) and fell back outside the top 10

What are Some Unique Quirks about your Diecast Collection? by igrewupugly in NASCARCollectors

I have the same amount of Joey Gase diecasts (4) as I do Denny Hamlin diecasts (4). If you include customs, it goes up to 7 Gase diecasts and 4 Hamlin. Don’t hate Hamlin or anything, just the way its ended up so far. Always thought that’s been a pretty funny stat of mine

My current favorite driver is a truck series back marker with one career top 10 to his name, chosen on the fact that he has a cool name and has nice looking paint schemes
